NCHPAD Connect is an online portal housing a growing community of classes, resources and specialty programs for people with disability. We’re grateful for your support in bringing our community of personalized, virtual resources to your audiences and communities across the United States.

NCHPAD is the premier resource for information on health, nutrition, fitness and mindfulness – and we’re building a nationwide healthcare to wellness journey for people with disability. NCHPAD Connect is free, HIPAA-compliant and personalized: our disability health experts work with participants to find the right program to help meet their health goals.
